Fundamentals of Agile and Scrum Workshop

More and more companies are adopting Agile development to gain faster time to market, increased return on investment, lower development costs, and greater customer involvement. Scrum, the typical starting point for new Agile teams, brings greater visibility to projects, increases accountability, helps with forecasting, and allows for continuous change.
We’ll be covering a lot of ground, including:

* Writing User Stories
* Agile estimating
* Managing a product backlog and release planning
* Managing a sprint backlog and Sprint planning
