All About Agile | Agile Development Made Easy!
Agile in China?
My employer is a large, international e-commerce business, and has been rapidly moving more and more development to China, India and Eastern Europe. I'm currently responsible for managing an offshore software development team in China, and we have been experimenting with Agile development for a number of projects, so far with mixed results.
As part of an MBA that I am currently studying, I would like to find out more about how other companies are discovering when they try Agile development with teams in China. Does this work? Are their any cultural issues affecting adoption of Agile?
