All About Agile | Agile Development Made Easy!
Does anyone have any experience or know of any examples where agile or lean principles and practices have been used outside of IT.
Since the principles are pretty generic and Scrum and Lean/Kanban do not have anything specifically to do with software, I am really curious about whether this has been tried, and whether or not it was tried and failed.
From my perspective, agile is a great way of managing software development, but I am wondering whether the management elements of agile stand any chance of becoming a powerful new management paradigm rather than just an IT thing.
All comments would be gratefully received, as I haven't encountered much material on this on my travels...
Kelly.

Really worth looking for...
I have recently read about some interesting facts, how agile principles were used in building a nuclear power plant. I don't have the details as of yet.But for Lean priciples you can probably find thousands of examples - like airlines, manufacturing, healthcare sectors etc.
Thanks
Arup
