Agile Project Management Software

Greetings everyone,
Which software do you use to manage Agile Scrum projects that aren’t application development? Can you include what you like and don’t like about the product you use? We use VSTS 2007 for our code development but I’d like to use something that isn’t tied to Visual Studio.

After all these years of working as a team member and sometimes as a project manager…I had never thought of something like this open source PM: top-down planning for workpackages in a desktop tool (and that too with animated graphics) and then loading it into a web based tool (installed on a local server …php based) and allowing the team to break it into tasks, reports status on tasks, mark how much time you need to complete a task etc etc. It is like everyone is a manager (which everyone should indeed be) and very convenient for PMs and team members at the same time. Brilliant work!!
