Well then you can choose your priority! Do you want(as a contractor) to get your time sheets signed in time and a referenceable customer or do you want to loose focus from the project/SCRUM and get embroiled in massive change management issues…

Too funny.. At this point, this is exactly what we do. We limit the number of features, and typically have to forgo any serious testing cycles. We still test at the end of each story and again at the end of each sprint, but those are mostly Peer…
