Hi,I've just joined a new company that is now trying to do Agile (Scrum) properly.Of the many challenges we face, one of them is how best to estimate.As a developer myself, I believe ideal man days makes the most sense to beginner agile developers.My scrum master believes we should use relative complexity.My issue with complexity is that the developers will internally measure complexity by asking themselves how long it takes anyway.Also, comparing stories at this early stage is very difficult…See More

I have just joined AC.

Dare I say it, I specialise in IT contracts and am currently working on a model for Agile Software Development. I intend to make this the definitive standard contract for the industry. Any tips based on problems you have encountered would be gratefully received.
