Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD)

Hello All,       I'm planning to adopt CFDs in few of my agile projects. I've heard and read a lot about the positives of a CFD. However I'm curious to know about the pitfalls too that any of you have observed while using CFDs. Any specific points to keep in mind while using CFDs? Does anyone have an improved form of representing cumulative flow ( other than the usual area charts) ?Regards,SowmyaSee More

Yes of course, I agree its a big question :) .. Probably, it could have rather framed the question as , "what's the latest in agile?" Neverthless, I've also been googling and asking experts about this. The general emphasis seems…

I think we need to ask what is next in software development. Waterfall was a big thing when I was younger. Agile is a big thing now that I am older. When I look at the history of software development I see first an attempt to apply the wisdom of…

Wow Sowmya, that's a big question! So many people haven't got their head round agile yet, and so many organisations haven't effectively implemented it. Personally I think it's too early to be searching for the next big thing -…
